My Services

  • Personal Care

    Assisting with getting up, going to bed. Bathing and showering.

  • Medication

    Prompting and administering medication.

  • Meal Preparation

    Cooking meals of your choice and assisting with feeding if you require.

  • Domestic Tasks

    Helping with chores within your home. This can include washing up, laundry and cleaning. Plus if you have a pet I can help you with them too from feeding to a daily walk.

  • Company & Companionship

    This can be taking the worry and stress away from being alone. We can sit and have a cup of tea or spend time on your hobbies or even just watching your favourite tv programme. The choice is yours.

  • Location

    Based in the North of Plymouth. Providing Person centered support to the following areas:

    Tamerton Foliot, Roborough, Southway, Glenholt. Crownhill and Whitleigh.
